STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

15. All purchases made from this website is subject to Latha Bath and Body’s standard sale terms, which are:

15.1 All products:

• No refunds.

• No warranty

• Customers may contact Latha Bath and Body (Pty) Ltd via email if they have any questions regarding their orders

15.2 Orders will be processed once payment is reflected in the Latha Bank account. As our products are made to order, the turnaround time will be between 5 to 10 working days

15.3 Products will only be shipped to the purchaser’s nominated / selected address, upon the full invoice amount having been paid by the customer and once the funds have reflected in our banking account.

15.4 Latha Bath and Body will make every commercially reasonable effort necessary to meet its supply obligations under any fully paid purchase orders, subject to the terms and conditions hereof.

15.5 Latha Bath and Body shall endeavour, as soon as reasonably practicable after it becomes aware of same, to inform the customer of any circumstances which affect, or will affect, its ability to supply the purchased product(s) to a customer.

15.6 A carrier engaged on behalf of the customer by Latha Bath and Body shall be deemed to be the agent of the customer and the risk of the Product shall pass to the Customer upon collection of the Product by such carrier from Latha Bath and Body. The signature of any employee or agent of the carrier on Latha Bath and Body’s invoice or delivery note shall be deemed to be proof of delivery.
